Message from our Bailiff:

I will be going away from the 2nd of April for a few days - please make sure you have your membership ID with you while on our lake, and my relief won't know or recognise you. Cheers, Chaz.

We ask that all anglers adhere to the displayed speed limits when on the Estate

All junior anglers must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst fishing on our lake

Fishing Rules

Only barbless hooks to be used. (Maximum size 10)
Landing net is required.
No Keep Nets.
No Floating Baits.
Take all rubbish home.
Please use toilets located by campsite or in main building.
Car park is located behind black shed, no parking in residents spaces.
In an emergency contact the office on 01403 752555 (office hours) or 999.
No night fishing
No Fires or BBQ's
No noisy bite detectors or radios.
All anglers are expected to respect other lake users, residents and staff, plus the surroundings at all times.
Any breach of these rules may lead to permit being revoked.
